How do you come up with the value for my home?

Once we get some basic information from you about the property and make a site visit, it then comes down to buying formula based on the following criteria.

– Current condition.  
– Current market value (Recent sold, pending & active properties in your area).
– Approx. cost of repairs / renovation necessary to update the property. 
– Estimated time to complete repairs.
– Estimated time and cost to sell the property based on current market conditions. 
– Projected future value of the house once done. 

The good thing is you don’t have to worry about any of this backend work. Our team does all the work and all you have to do is review the offer when presented.
